The ASB Case Officer XXXXX XXXXX unlawfully arranged for a Tenancy Review Hearing. The ASB Case Officer intended to present evidence which had already been rejected at the County Court before the Breach Hearing. Barristers from both sides had agreed that many of the incidents being reported would not be considered as Anti Social Behaviour.
