Ward Hadaway also altered three drawings which also had been submitted to the Court via eMail. The images form notes for a Case Study and film production. The industry term for these drawings is a Story Board. However, they were of no use to the defendant when in the court. They had been printed upside down.
Other pieces of the defendant's evidence were altered during production of the Court Bundle. Two other documents submitted to the court by eMail were printed in a way which had rendered them unintelligible. Defendant was unable to use his own evidence because the information in the documents had been obfuscated. Pages from one document were printed to appear as part of the other document. Consequently, pages were printed out of context, or were missing entirely, making it impossible for the defendant to refer to when required.
