In 2019, the Anti Social Behaviour Area Manager XXXXX XXXXX was invited to a meeting in my home. I had requested the meeting in order to make him aware of my experience of very unprofessional behaviour by his ASB Officer XXXXX XXXXX. During the meeting we discussed my belief that I was being bullied by my neighbours who were making false allegations. Also - very importantly, the case was being aggravated by the ASB Case Officer involved, XXXX XXXXX who was repeatedly failing to follow the prescribed procedures. The ASB Case Officer was failing to act fairly and impartially. The ASB Case Office was reporting meetings very inaccurately and she did not collect evidence from the defendant when ASB was being alleged. When he had offered it, the ASB Case Officer had dismissed "audio evidence" which he had collected specifically in order to counter the allegations. The ASB Case Officer was disinterested in the defendant's diary entries, she dismissed them as "Hearsay".
