Witnesses supporting the neighbours were interviewed by the ASB Officer. The ASB Officer assisted in the making of their witness statements. The ASB Officer did not engage with the defendant and he was not interviewed by anyone from Together Housing. Consequently the defendant's evidence was not considered and his witnesses were not interviewed when the ASB Case Officer was building a case for legal action against the defendant.
