ASB Case Officer 1

ASB Case Officer 1 XXXXX XXXXX arranged for an interview to take place in March 2018 at Todmorden College. From the very start of the meeting the ASB Case Officer was rude to me and was also needlessly rude about another tenant XXXXX XXXXX, who was not present. ASB Case Officer XXXXX XXXXX was interrogative. This attitude can be evidenced in her own witness statement of the event. She would not accept my answers to her questions. She repeated the same question several times, until I said that I would stop the meeting if she continued to be unprofessional.

The ASB Case Officer reported me as being aggressive without saying what I had done that she was claiming as aggressive behaviour.

Breaching the professional rules, the ASB Case Office presented me with an official Written Warning. Apparently I was being blamed for a list of 30 incidents of anti social behaviour. I read the list which the ASB Case Officer provided and countered immediately that I had not assaulted XXXXX XXXXX, the tenant of No.9. I also stated that I had been away from Todmorden on many of the dates where it was being alleged that I was responsible for the incidents.

The 30 incidents of ASB reported now unfairly form part of my Housing Record, which is alarmingly being referred to and is creating very damaging impression on other housing officers who deal with me at a later date.
