Can the Housing Ombudsman Help ?

I asked the Housing Ombudsman if there is anything that they can do to help because the legal process of the Injunction had been unlawful.

Unfortunately the position is this: Once a legal action has begun the Housing Ombudsman cannot proceed, as they are unable to assist with a challenge to the lawfulness, or not of issues which have already been part of a completed legal process.

Again, refer to the next update to find out about what the Housing Ombudsman has to say about the Senior Resolutions Officer misinforming me about the outcome at Stage 1 of my Formal Complaints, listed below. This Resolutions Officer has already been the subject of a Formal Complaint for "Stonewalling" the Complaints process. Guess how that went ? No prizes.

  1. The ASB Case of 2025 had completed and so the Housing Ombudsman will not be able to assist. Wrong. The Case was abandoned before any Hearing. My Formal Complaint of unfair treatment is still valid.
  2. My Formal Complaint of Professional Negligence against XXXXX XXXXX ASB Area Manager is still valid. It is not "Historic" as XXXXX XXXXX claims in her Stage 1. response to my Formal Complaint.
  3. Neither is my Formal Complaint of Discrimination and Perjury by the ASB Case Officer, XXXXX XXXXX "Historic". This ASB Case Officer wrote in her Witness Statement that "the defendant's behaviour has become extreme" , when she had never met me, nor had she spoken to me on the telephone. This kind of personal opinion should form no part of her evidence. It is derogatory in the utmost. Totally apprehensible behaviour which should have not made it passed her supervisor, the ASB Area Manager XXXXX XXXXX .
