Formal Complaint No.2. This concerns XXXXX XXXXX Anti Social Behaviour Area Manager. XXXXX XXXXX was negligent of his duty when carrying out his role. I claim this is Professional Negligence . The ASB Area Manager was asked to attended a meeting in defendant’s home in order to discuss bullying by neighbours which was being compounded by XXXXX XXXXX who did not follow the ASB Procedure correctly and who was entering highly inaccurate and very misleading information into the defendant’s Housing Record.

The ASB Area Manager’s visit lasted two hours. XXXXX XXXXX wrote a Report of the meeting, in which he completely omitted any mention of the very things that had been the focus and the whole point of the meeting.
