When challenged by the ICO, Ward Hadaway replied: “No we didn't, but even if we did, it does not matter because the defendant did not reply on it in court”.
They failed to address the claim that two spreadsheets had been altered.
Ward Hadaway also went on to misinform the ICO by stating that the defendant was legally represented at court, which is not the truth and Ward Hadaway know it.
