Without Investigation
An injunction has been made and a Hearing has been arranged which gives me 6 days to try to organise my defence. So I find myself back in the court, again based solely on the malicious allegations made by my neighbours. XXXXX XXXXX , the tenant at No.11) and XXXXX XXXXX of No.9. Breaching the terms of my Tenancy Agreement and THA’s Anti Social Behaviour Policy is a matter of fact nowadays. Failing to treat all tenants equally is the crime. They fail in the most basic of their requirements, to ascertain whether the defendant has any evidence that is relevant to the allegations. Obviously to anyone else this information could be useful when considering whether or not to commence legal action.
I recorded the conversation with XXXXX XXXXX The audio recording will show that XXXXX XXXXX statement is not a true account of what was said during our conversation
