The Injunction is given without the defendant being aware of the application until the Injunction papers are delivered by hand at his flat. At the same time someone as yet unknown to the defendant, notified the Housing Benefit Department at Calderale MDC that I "do not live at the address".
A Hearing is arranged for 19th June 2025. No one from THA has asked me about the alleged incident.
I had contacted my landlord immediately upon receiving the Court Papers, because I believed that the bullying which I had experienced previously was happening again. I also wished to deny the allegations and provide evidence. I telephoned and asked for a Housing Officer to get in touch, BUT no one from THA bothered to contact me until after the Hearing in June. My evidence had not been considered by anyone from the ASB Team, even by the trial date in October 2025.
