The tenants from No.9 and No.11 have made witness statements which contain a great deal of falsehood. The allegations are hearsay. The ASB Team have failed to interview the defendant. Once again the ASB Case Officer did not collect any evidence from the defendant. Defendant has evidence which contradicts the allegations which are being made.
