I moved into the property in January 2018 and immediately faced allegations of ASB which were being made by the neighbour downstairs at No.1, who was complaining about me playing music loud and screaming. Earlier in the evening referred to, around 9pm this person had shouted, "shut the fuck up". The outburst was clearly heard by my nine years old grandson. XXXXXX had come to visit and was playing with a toy car on the carpet in my living room at the time. The neighbour claimed the sound was like whips and chains being dragged around. As far as I know the neighbour was never cautioned about using abusive language, or shouting at neighbours late at night.
