Together Housing Association Ltd v David Urmston

System Analysis

One of the first things to do when Analysing an Information Systems Design is to use drawings to communicate ideas and concepts between members of the development team. Various diagramming techniques have been used at different times during the evolution of Computing Science and computer programming languages. The one I use here is called UML, or Unified Modelling Language as employed to great extent because it provides a very simple method for communicating particularly complex procedural issues in Object Oriented programming, usually during the system's "development" stages, but also just as importantly when tracking "bugs" or flaws in the system.

Why have I published these Information Systems Analysis Diagrams ? Well there's only one answer, which you probably guessed whilst you were picking your jaw up off the floor. Yes, correct. These three images were omitted from three Court Bundles produced by Ward Hadaway Solicitors LLP. This firm of solicitors acted as the legal representative of Together Housing Association Ltd. As if it isn't bad enough to omit my evidence from the Court Bundle once, they managed to do it three separate occasions. I think you can probably see why these images would be better not being seen by a judge.
